Dr [name removed] is so caring and helpful. She understands my problems and talks me through to find a solution. She is also very assuring, giving me confidence that I am managing my diabetes. Wonderful person.

I was seen on time. Very approachable, friendly and considerate clinician who did not rush the appointment and was patient and took time to ensure I understood the findings. Explained the results and future possibilities and next steps. A very lovely NHS employee.

I have spoken to many of the staff here and it's always been a very good 2 way conversation.

Slow to get prescription but this may be faulty of GP rather than the diabetes team.
